AutoFarm and Cultiva join forces

AutoFarm and Cultiva announced the two businesses have merged, offering growers and dealers complementary agriculture solutions for GPS steering and guidance. The merged entity, known as AutoFarm, will honor all warranties and service contracts from both organizations. Cultiva and AutoFarm products will continue to be sold through existing sales channels.

“Growers looking for products ranging from GPS guidance to auto-steering will find the right solution at AutoFarm,” says Shashi Raval, CEO. “The complementary offerings give the grower an upgrade path from full-featured visual guidance to hands-free repeatable accuracy.”

Employees from both organizations will retain their positions. Cultiva offices located near Montreal, Canada, add to AutoFarm's offices in Europe and the United States.

“Existing dealers of both companies will benefit from a fuller range of products and expanded service resources,” says Pierre Rouleau, vice-president sales, Cultiva products. “This move reinforces the brands' reputation for quality and customer care.”
