Jodi DeJong-Hughes has been a Regional Extension Educator with the University of Minnesota Extension since 1996. Her work addresses relevant tillage and crop management solutions through research, tillage and soil trainings, workshops, field demonstrations and educational materials.  Her research focuses on reducing soil erosion and building soil quality to improve the grower’s bottom line and to reduce the movement of soil and nutrients to our natural waterways.  Jodi works alongside many growers, Ag. industry, equipment manufacturers, and government agencies to bring high quality, educational programs and research to the people of Minnesota, surrounding states and Manitoba.
