Students earn more than $16,000 in awards.

The Wisconsin 4-H Foundation has awarded 18 scholarships this year. A record number of exemplary applications was submitted for consideration. Scholarships are awarded through company and individual endowed funds by supporters who share a passion for 4-H and the leadership and life skills it teaches.

The Wisconsin 4-H Foundation awards more than $19,000 in scholarships annually to outstanding Wisconsin students pursuing higher education. Scholarship recipients are selected based on demonstrated personal growth, development and leadership, academic performance, and future educational goals. Here are this year’s scholarship winners.

The $1,000 Oscar G. and Mary W. Woelfel Memorial Scholarship was awarded to:

  • Kevin Kitchen, Augusta, Eau Claire County

  • Anastasia Poull, Port Washington, Ozaukee County

  • Tyler Schroepfer, Birnamwood, Langlade County

  • Cayley Vande Berg, Eldorado, Fond du Lac County

  • Lily Wagner, Westfield, Marquette County

The $1,000 Frances and Phyllis Conrad Memorial Scholarship was awarded to:

  • Maggie Conlan, Balsam Lake, Polk County

  • Meghan Numrich, Neenah, Winnebago County

The $1,000 T.L. Bewick Memorial Scholarship was awarded to:

  • Theadora Collins, Arlington, Columbia County

  • Alec Edstrom, Union Grove, Racine County

  • MacKenzie Korent, Hudson, St. Croix County

  • Emma Peterson, Phillips, Price County

  • Libby Willkomm, West Bend, Washington County

The $1,000 Harold and Irene Hendrickson Memorial Scholarship was awarded to:

  • Alyssa Frisch, Portage, Columbia County

  • Micah Stege, Hartford, Washington County

The $1,000 Culver’s 4-H Scholarship was awarded to:

  • Andrew Beine, Campbellsport, Washington County

  • Joelle Heller, Waukesha, Waukesha County

The $750 Elizabeth Salter-Eby Memorial Scholarship was awarded to:

  • Nina Wood, Theresa, Washington County

The $500 Betty Krueger Memorial Scholarship was awarded to:

  • Seth Morse, Sheboygan Falls, Sheboygan County
