Pennsylvania's Center for Dairy Excellence will host a "Mastering the Dairy Business" toll-free conference call about key areas for improving 2010 cash flow and profitability on Wednesday, Jan. 27. It'll run from Noon to 1:30 p.m.

Leading the call will be Gary Snider, Farm Credit East's vice president of farm business consulting. He'll offer his insight on what to consider in building your 2010 dairy budget.

The call is offered at no charge to participants. But pre-registration is required and is on a first-come, first-served basis. To register, call 717-346-0849 to provide your name, phone number and e-mail address for the call. Once registered, you receive the call-in number and code. The number will be toll-free, nationally.

Can't do it? Presentation materials and an audio recording of the call will soon be available online at www.centerfordairyexcellence.org. The first conference call with Cornell's Mark Stephenson is already on the site. Click on "Center for Dairy Excellence Events", then on "Mastering the Dairy Business Conference Calls".
