Mike Pearson is at the annual NCBA meeting in New Orleans. While there he talked to Colin Woodall, CEO, NCBA, about the meeting and the happenings around it, as well as issues on the mind of cattle producers. Issues include the farm bill, membership, checkoff and more.

Mike also talked to Randy Blach, CattleFax CEO, about industry events in the last year or more, production and inventory, beef demand, consumer behaviors, price outlook, exports and more.

In the ag tech segment, Chad Colby talks about the challenges of using cameras on ranches, farms and other open spaces. He found Vosker, a solar, cellular camera for monitoring yards and outdoor spaces without internet access.

Charlie Berens is back with the Ag States of America, and features Wisconsin.

Max talks about Alice in Dairyland, a Wisconsin agriculture promoter elected each year in the state.

Ted McKinney, CEO, NASDA, joins Max to talk about China as a trading partner.

Greg Soulje is in with a weather forecast for the week, and an extended weather outlook.
